I offer private violin lessons on a weekly basis, with lesson lengths of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour. The length of the lesson is tailored to the student’s level and personal goals.

Group lessons are included as part of the monthly tuition and are held once a month. Students are grouped with others at a similar level, giving them the opportunity to learn skills that are difficult to cover in private lessons alone, while also building ensemble playing, teamwork, and performance experience.

I teach on Main Street in Payson, Utah in the Historical Downtown Section (across from the city library!).

When learning through the Suzuki Method, the younger the better. However, Dr. Suzuki believed that any person could learn to play the violin! I teach all ages: young children, school-aged kids, and adults of all ages.

Students can start learning the violin when they can follow directions and focus for a 30 minute period. This usually works best around age 4. And it is never too late to start learning!

Pricing is based on the length of weekly private lessons:

30 minute lessons: $90/month

45 minute lessons: $130/month

60 minute lessons: $175/month
